Postage + Returns

We have a set postal charge of £9 to mainland UK, this is a flat rate for up to 20 kilos (that’s a lot of items). We are not a company, such as Amazon which offers free next day delivery, we are a small company that hand create’s our products in the UK. We struggle to get a good rate on parcels as most are large and heavy, so we get charged a premium. We do not make any profit from the postage, packaging and handling of our products.

Once your order has been placed we make your items, which are then dispatched on a 24-48 hour delivery service. Generally most orders will be sent to our courier with in two or three days of the order being placed but this does depend on how many orders are placed at any one time and which products are being ordered, some are more intricate and time consuming to craft than others! For more information please check the top of our product pages for updates on order times and when we are away exhibiting at flower shows. If the ordering/making time is longer than a week we will always pop up a notification to let you know :)

We only deliver to Mainland UK but for a surcharge we can deliver to Isle of Wight/Scottish Highlands/rural this can be selected at checkout.

We can not ship Internationally, to Ireland or Northern Ireland or off shore islands, if you place an order that is to an international delivery address and put United Kingdom as the delivery address? Then there will be a 10% handling and fees charge on the refund, of the order, that we can not fore fill - sorry but we get charged fees for your order.

Collection is always welcome by prior arrangement.

You are also welcome to pre-order and then collect your purchases from one of the many shows we will be attending.

If for any reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase, then please contact us and we'll endeavour to make you happy.

We have a no quibbles refunds policy but return postage costs are the buyers responsibility.
